How It Works

2. Request your totes and pay the rental fee
Call us directly or fill out the tote request form. We will reach out to you by phone to schedule the delivery and collect payment.
3. We Deliver, you Pack and Move
We bring clean, sanitized moving totes and dollies directly to your home or business. Pack your belongings, stack the totes securely, and complete your move without worrying about damaged cardboard boxes.
4. We Pick Them Up
Once you are unpacked, we return to collect the totes.

Delivery within 30 mins of Savannah, Georgia is included with qualifying packages.
Additional mileage fees may apply outside our standard service area.
Rental Policies
Rental periods begin on the scheduled delivery date.
Additional rental days are available depending on availability
Customers are responsible for totes and equipment during the rental period.
Fees may apply for:
- Missing or broken totes – $15 per tote/lid
- Missing dollies – $75
- Excessive dirt or stains
- Missed pickup appointments
- Late returns
A valid payment method and signed rental agreement may be required before delivery.

The amount depends on the size of your home and how many belongings you have. A studio apartment may need around 20 totes, while a larger home may require 50 or more.

2. Are the totes cleaned between customers?
Yes. Every tote is inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before it is delivered.
3. Can I keep the totes longer than two weeks?
Yes, provided the extension is requested before your scheduled pickup and inventory is available. Additional rental fees will apply.
4. Do I need to be home for delivery?
Someone must be available to receive the totes and sign for them with ID unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.
5. Can the totes be used for long-distance moves?
Our rentals are best suited for local moves because the totes must be returned to our service area.
6. What happens if a tote is lost or damaged?
Replacement fees will be charged according to the rental agreement.
